PRE-SESSION WORK:  LRM will review all information received to get us up to speed on clients vision for the book.  Specific objectives and agenda will be developed for the launch session (in person or virtual) to produce the desired outcomes for the project.

BOOK DEVELOPMENT PHASE**: Publishing team will work with the client using live notes capture.  The agenda for the Strategic Action plan for the vision, will involve some/all of these exercises, continuing to execute after the Anchor Day session to complete the finished products whilst handling logistics of publishing process.

ON GOING CALLS/MEETINGS:

  • Weekly as needed 60-90 minute book development calls to cover the production of the manuscript content

  • Other ancillary calls/emails on publication topics, website, marketing/distribution, and other areas as needed to fulfill obligations and complete the work within the designated timeframe.
